MALO TEMPO

Luciano is serving time under house arrest. He lives between narrow walls and days feel always the same. Time goes by slowly, marked by actions repeated over and over again. He is sentenced to the void, the anxiety of a life spent waiting for something that does not come. Luciano fills his time singing melodramatic songs full of passion that perhaps nobody understands. His parents take care of him, but they are also his jailers. With the face and the body of a criminal, Luciano gets ready to start over again.

Tommaso Perfetti was born in 1979. He works in Milan, deals with audiovisual productions, social and ethnographic researches.

He is co-founder of the filmmakers collective ENECEfilm mainly dedicated to creative documentaries.

He is co-director of “Music Production Unit” (Biografilm Bologna 2015, In-Edit Barcelona 2015, Filmmaker Milan 2015) The shift (Visions du Réel 201, Trento Film Festival), he Wrote the Script of “ Limites” short animated film by Giulia Landi (Lisbon International Film Festival, TMC London Film Festival,Festival, Encounters Film Festival -Bristol). “Yvonnes”, the first documentary he has directced alone, won the Prix du Jury Jorge at Vision du Reel. “Malo Tempo”, his last short movie, has been selected at the International Critica Week, inside the 75th Venice International Film Festival.
