SYNOPSIS

An Italian girl of Nigerian origins collaborates with the police, translating the telephone wiretaps of Nigerian prostitutes’ traffic. Threats, curses, the murder of a madame. The interpreter remains deeply disturbed by this violent reality and by that remnant of ancestral beliefs that she rediscovers within herself. Award for the best soundtrack to CORTINAMETRAGGIO 2019.
